James Henry said...: I always wondered why all of New York seemed to think Spider-Man was a villain, despite him clearly being a perfectly well-behaved young man, and decided that the whole story of Spider-Man is being told from the point of view of a deranged Peter Parker, who has really mutated into a monstrous semi-arachnid who stalks the city eating people and firing webs out of his bum, so he's had to make up this heroic version of himself to stop going completely insane from the horror.
