Just For The Beep...

Apparently if Belle & Sebastian and Morrissey took it upon themselves to organise a disco in the British Library, the music would sound a bit like my favourite twee Texan indie band, Voxtrot. And to prove it, here's a nice free mp3 of their latest tip-top library-pop outing, Mothers, Sisters, Daughters & Wives.

No time for more...

Ahhhhhhhh.

That's better. And they got a good write up in the local London paper, The Times, so they must be good. Vauxhall and I in an all time favourite and the new B&S excellent too.

Are the rest of us allowed to listen to it as well? It's up my street - but then I live in a B&S/Morrissey-friendly househould so that's not a huge surprise..

Yes indeed Pash - *everyone* must listen to it, for it will gladden your hearts.

Am coming back to you with recommendations for Chiswick cafés, by the way...unless the information requirement was time-sensitive?

Have explored last.fm and seem to have got it sussed now. Not slowing down the Mac anymore. Not yet getting the benefit of new introductions, but loading tunes as fast as I can so it can get a clear feeling for my taste...
